Trespassing? WTF?

We got another cell neighbor on Saturday.

He seems really crushed.

Hurting.

He only shared that his wife was arrested too.

The two children, 5 and 7, in state care now.

We couldn’t really comfort him at all.

Dirk will have his trial next week.

Wondering when they’ll take him away.

He is rather nervous about the sentence.

Baby Schubert keeps pressing for §219 details.

All repetitions and assumptions.

This is from Baby Schubert's handwritten interrogation script. I obtained it in the early 90's from my Stasi file.

In order to nail down the §219 charges he recorded the following investigation parameters:
- details on third parties in West Germany
- threats from the 3-pager manifesto that state interests might be at risk
- details on additional copies and their potential distribution
- evaluate whether distribution was intentional and planned

As an additional charge, trespassing is mentioned here too. For a charge under §134 the 3pager is quoted repeating my statement to not speak or eat until they let me leave the country.

One new thing that bothers me:

Baby Schubert introduced the idea of trespassing.

This is rather ridiculous I have to say but look where I’m sitting!

Is this retaliation for me being tight-lipped about the 3pager?

Or are they onto something to add to the charges?

§214, 219 AND another one?!

Should have studied law!

Baby Schubert hammers away on his type writer.

The only ever handwritten document by him is on the desk.

He keeps looking at it every day and I wish to know what is written there.
